Michael Brock, CEO of Jackfork Land since 2022, has been an integral part of the company since joining in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Michael has recently expanded his expertise to include the renewable energy sector. Before stepping into his role as CEO, he served as a project manager, overseeing key projects such as lease acquisition, mineral and HBP title examination, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, preliminary prospect evaluation, and land budget creation.

Now, as CEO, he continues to oversee projects while also driving business development, managing Jackfork Land's operations and budgets, and spearheading the expansion of JFL’s services into the renewable space. Michael is an active member of TAPL and DAPL, has served on several committees within AAPL, and currently co-chairs the community affairs committee for OCAPL.

He earned his degree in business management from the University of Central Oklahoma after playing basketball for two years at Drury University.
